FREE SHIPPING

We love sending happy mail, and we love making it easy. That’s why orders $65 and up ship free anywhere in the contiguous United States. 

RHODE ISLAND DELIVERIES

If the 'Delivery' option is selected at checkout for Rhode Island addresses, orders will be delivered on Fridays between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, weather permitting. If weather or any unforeseen circumstance prevents delivery on the scheduled Friday, you will receive an email with your updated delivery date.

All orders must be placed by 12:00 PM on Thursday to qualify for delivery that same week.

If you live in Rhode Island and do not see the 'Delivery' option at checkout, it means we currently do not deliver to your specific area

SHIPPING POLICY

Your order will be headed to the mail within 4 business days, and once it’s on the move, we’ll send a tracking email so you can follow its journey in real time — or check in on it more often than your houseplants.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

All orders head out the door within 4 business days unless we let you know otherwise. Once shipped, they typically arrive within 3–9 business days, depending on how speedy your carrier is feeling that week.

As soon as a tracking number is created, we’ll send it straight to the email you used at checkout.

INACCURATE ADDRESS INFORMATION

We rely on the address you provide to get your order where it needs to go. If something doesn’t verify in our shipping system, we’ll place your order on hold and reach out so you can confirm or correct the details—no judgment, typos happen to the best of us.

If an order ships before an address issue is caught, we’ll cancel and refund the purchase (minus shipping costs). It’s all part of keeping things smooth, clear, and headed in the right direction

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your package seems to have gone lost and off on its own adventure, reach out to us as soon as you can so we can help track it down and get things sorted.

For damaged deliveries, please let us know within 3 business days of receiving your order. Before tossing anything out, hang on to the packaging and product—we’ll need photos of the damage and a brief description so we can work with the carrier and move things along quickly. Refunds can’t be issued without pictures, so a few snapshots really help.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

To start a return, just send us an email at itstimetogonatural@gmail.com. Be sure to include your original order number and a quick note about why you’re returning the item — the more we know, the faster we can help.

Once your return is approved, you’ll handle the return shipping on your end. After we receive your items safe and sound, we’ll issue your refund. Just a heads‑up: depending on your bank, those refunded funds may take up to 2 weeks to show up. We promise they’re on their way, even if they take the scenic route.
